The ice is just coming off the bay over the past couple of days, a pair of Mute Swans & Mallard ducks in close to shore.

We have a pair of swans that stop on our lake in late spring on their way to the lakes in Sudbury. Hubby was surprised how big those are up close. One year he went close to shore to check them out and the swan decided to come on shore thinking he was going to feed him. Well retreat was in order!
