Kcunac is a global platform built for everyone, no matter where they live or what language they speak. To support that mission, our Translator Team plays an essential role in making sure everyone feels included and empowered.
Translators are volunteers who monitor and support specific languages, helping users interact with the platform in their native tongue. They ensure clarity, assist in translations, and help detect language-specific issues across the site.
What Do Translators Do?
Translators:
Translate official content (like platform announcements or blog posts)
Review user-submitted content for language-specific errors
Support users in their own languages by answering questions
Identify and report language display issues to Developers and Cybersecurity
Ensure that multilingual content stays respectful and within Kcunac’s Guidelines
Help onboard new members from their region by offering culturally relevant guidance
They are not responsible for:
Approving or removing content (done by Moderators)
Coding or fixing translation bugs (handled by the DCY team)
Speaking on behalf of Kcunac in media or partnerships (handled by the PRM team)

Why the Translator Role Matters
