As we build and grow Kcunac together, it’s important to think about what makes a social media platform truly great. We all have our unique experiences with platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and others, but what really stands out? What features do you think are essential to create an engaging, supportive, and thriving online community?

Let’s discuss what YOU value most in a platform—whether it’s privacy, user control, moderation, or the ability to express yourself freely. What makes a platform stand out for you, and what changes would you like to see on Kcunac as we grow?

I agree with more emojis. I want a red heart, I want to be able to give a hug not just to a post or comment. There should be a + behind the current emojis available in comments and likes, so that we can add our own from he whole selection of emojis. Also, a word describing the emoji shoul be available if we mouse over the emoji. All this based, of course, on the possibilities the software allows.
I don't understand why a search for national origin or country of residence should be a priority. I would hope that what we say is much more important than where we live or where we were born. If our country/place of residence is pertinent to what we write, I would expect people to point it out.

I hope we will be able to reply to more than the first tier of comments, so that our notifications quote the actual comment we are replying to. As it is now, it is difficult to tell from notifications if it is new or old, because it says X replied to the same comment wording as the earlier notification(s).
I also hope that notifications somehow get grouped per post. As they are now, they are just a mess of likeds and commented-ons. It would also be good if the background or text changed when we had viewed the relevant post.
I also hope there will be an announcement about what Forums are, why we can't follow or join any and how we are supposed to interact. I think I get it, but it would be great if all those wondering got an explanation.
