I love the bold statement and the novelty of the flipped spelling appeals to me. However, I've been pronouncing is "kuh-nuhk" because Canuck is pronounced "kuh-nuhk", so this makes sense to me that it should be the same backwards as it is forwards, with the "n" sound jumping to the stressed syllable.
