Groups or Pages - What is the difference?

Comments · 361 Views

So we have "Communities" and "Pages" on Kcunac. What is the difference? When would I use one vs the other? The main difference between them, is how they function, and who can engage with them.

Community;

Communities are built for community engagement and discussions.

They can be public, or private, allowing members to actively participate by posting, commenting and sharing within the group.

Communities are ideal for fostering conversations and building a sense of community around a shared interest.

If you want to encourage discussions and member participation, a Community is the better choice.

Page;

Pages are designed for public figures, a business, an organization, or a brand.

They are more like an official presencewhere Admins can post updates, share content, and link to external websites.

Followers can interact with posts, but the content is primarily controlled by the page Admins.

If you're looking to broadcast information with limited interaction, a Page is the way to go.
