On Kcunac, the Support Team is often the first point of contact for new users, a friendly face to greet them, answer questions, and guide them through the platform. Their role is vital in building a welcoming atmosphere and helping users feel at home from day one.
Support Team members are volunteers who generously give their time to help maintain a positive user experience. They offer assistance, provide resources, and help new neighbours (users) learn how to navigate Kcunac.
