As a small business owner I'd like to make a suggestion about this "free from targeted ads"
I know its a bit controversial but Facebook is an essential tool for hundreds of 1000's of small businesses in Canada to promote their products at a very minimal cost. ie. My business peiKidshows.ca puts on childrens musicals and without being able to leverage facebook to advertise and reach people that do want to see our shows I'm not sure what we could do. Facebook is able to show our ad to people that are interested in our business and also within our local area. Perhaps you could be more exclusive in what type of ads you run but I think it would be good for you and your users if you rethought this position. Some targeted advertising is good for the seller and the buyer.
