What Does the DCY Team Do?
Members of the DCY team are tasked with:
Developing and maintaining platform features for desktop and mobile
Running Beta tests for new updates, features, and system improvements
Enhancing site performance, responsiveness, and accessibility
Creating secure login, identity, and verification processes
Monitoring and improving cybersecurity across all areas
Troubleshooting and fixing bugs reported by users or other teams
Collaborating with moderators and admins to implement safety tools
Their work supports every role across Kcunac by ensuring the platform is fast, secure, and scalable.
What DCY Team Members Cannot Do
Although the DCY team touches every technical aspect of Kcunac, they do not:
Moderate user behavior or content (handled by the Moderator team)
Approve or assign team roles (managed by Administrators)
Make public announcements or represent Kcunac externally (that's the PRM team)
Directly interact with users for onboarding (that's the job of Support)
The DCY team's focus is on performance, innovation, and protection, not user-facing communication.
